Shopping Centre Performance Lead

CBRE is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a shopping centre in Fleetwood. You will oversee performance, financials, marketing, tenant relations and risk management to maximise asset value.

The role requires a proven track record in centre management, strong leadership and ability to develop teams, manage budgets, and work with local stakeholders including the Council and occupiers to drive growth and customer experience.
