Team Member – Manchester Trafford Centre

We are looking for a team member who is passionate about providing great service, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys working as part of a team. You will be the first person our customers meet and will create a fantastic experience for each one of them.

Responsibilities

• Take & pack orders, ensuring that our FASTER, FRESHER, TASTIER food is presented and delivered to the customer exactly to product specification.
• Ensure the front counter, restaurant, and toilet areas are always kept clean and tidy.
• Assist back of house as and when required, preparing the food ready for the Wok Chef to cook.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a fantastic experience for each customer with a big smile.
• Support the team during late nights, trading until 4am on select nights, demonstrating flexibility.
