Exam Invigilator
Grade: B3 (£13.69)
Hours: Casual
We are seeking reliable and professional individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of examinations. The role includes preparing exam rooms, supervising students, distributing and collecting exam papers, and reporting any irregularities. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided; a flexible and responsible approach is essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare exam rooms in advance of each sitting.
- Supervise students during examinations to ensure a calm, fair and secure environment.
- Distribute and collect exam papers and materials.
- Report any irregularities or concerns to the relevant authority.
- Assist with the safe storage and return of exam resources.
Qualifications
- Organised, vigilant and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent communication skills with students and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible attitude and commitment to upholding the Trust’s values.
