Brand Ambassador: Bespoke Styling & Customer Experience

Moss is seeking a customer-focused brand ambassador to enhance the in-store experience and promote Moss services. You will identify customer needs, provide styling options, and drive personal productivity to support store performance.

In this role you will build product knowledge across Hire, Custom Made, Retail and Alterations, while maintaining stockroom standards and contributing to KPI achievement. A passion for fashion and service excellence is essential.
