Mobile Care Assistant

Location

Across Nantwich & Audlem areas. A valid full UK driving licence and own vehicle required. Travel expenses covered, mileage paid at 43p per mile.

Pay & Hours

Hourly rate £14.50 per hour. Extra 30p per hour for evening hours and £1.30 per hour for weekend hours. Up to 20 hours per week on a rota basis that includes mornings, evenings and weekends.

About the Role

This Mobile Care Assistant role combines personal care and domestic services, working closely with supervisors and managers to deliver bespoke care and lifestyle services, including assistance with personal care, household tasks, companionship, wellbeing activities, and maintaining communal areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care to homeowners, supporting daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and offer domestic support such as cleaning, shopping, and managing household tasks.
• Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements, appointments, and overall well‑being.

What we’re looking for

• Previous care experience or a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification preferred but not required; training provided for career change. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and time‑management abilities. Domestic or housekeeping experience welcomed.
• Valid full UK driving licence and access to an own car, with willingness to travel between developments.
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including early mornings, late days, alternate weekends, and some bank holidays.
