Hiring: IT Field Support Technician (1-Day Assignment)

Duration: 1-Day Visit

Responsibilities:

• Reimage 1 laptop onsite
• Configure and verify device functionality
• Provide basic IT support if required
• Ensure successful completion of the assigned task

Requirements:

• Experience with laptop/desktop deployment and reimaging
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Ability to work independently onsite
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills

Prerequisites:

• Must carry Windows 10 and Windows 11 OS images (USB drive and alternative deployment options)
• Must be able to perform a complete laptop reimage without assistance

Current Setup:

• Device is currently running the standard Windows 11 image provided with a new Dell laptop
