Newly Qualified Social Worker — ASYE & Career Growth

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is launching a Social Work Academy for Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSW) to complete the ASYE with tailored development and support. The Children’s Services team focuses on achieving the best outcomes for children and families, fostering innovative practice and career progression.

Two NQSW roles are available, offering professional development and progression to the next career grade upon successful completion.
