Deputy General Manager – Premium Pub (Dorset)

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience as Deputy General Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in branded hospitality.
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Competent in kitchen oversight and control of food production.
  • Expertise in quality food and drink with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of growing hospitality businesses.
  • Diligent, analytical and proactive in problem‑solving.
  • Well‑presented, resilient and flexible, ready to relocate or based locally.
