Ready to 10x a Seven-Figure Paid Channel?
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, data-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our seven-figure paid media channel — and scale it 10x over the next three years.
This is a rare opportunity to truly own strategy and execution, working closely with our agency and internal team to drive measurable, profitable growth. Every pound you spend should work hard — and you’ll be the one making sure it does.
What You’ll Own
- Drive acquisition, retention and LTV growth through smart funnel optimisation
- Build and execute robust A/B testing across audiences, messaging and creative
- Partner with agency to extract best-in-class performance
Budget & Performance Management
- Own and optimise £500k+ annual budget
- Drive improvements in ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR and conversion rate
- Dynamically adjust spend based on performance and market shifts
- Ensure attribution and tracking are sharp and reliable
Creative Testing & Growth
- Build a clear, structured creative testing framework
- Develop ongoing experimentation roadmaps
- Collaborate with creative team to balance brand integrity with performance
- Turn insights into scalable winning formulas
Data, Insights & Commercial Thinking
- Build dashboards tracking revenue, ROI, LTV and retention
- Deep-dive into churn, segmentation and customer behaviour
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates and emerging opportunities
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
- Have 5+ years managing and scaling paid media campaigns
- Have deep platform knowledge (Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Are confident owning £500k+ budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Love testing frameworks, experimentation and continuous optimisation
- Understand funnels, attribution and customer segmentation deeply
- Can manage agencies effectively and push for high standards
- Thrive in a small, ambitious, collaborative team
- Are naturally curious, proactive and commercially minded
