Empowerment Coach for Young Adults in the Community

CrossReach in Edinburgh is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Transition Service to help young adults aged 16 to early 20s take their first steps into life after school, building confidence, independence and community connections. You will support groups and individuals in the community to develop routines and new skills.

The role is Monday to Friday, with a focus on person-centred and respectful support.
