Store Apprentice – Leicester Freemens Common

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers: understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
  • Get involved in store operations: handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks—roll up your sleeves and join a close‑knit team that offers plenty of support.
  • Keep things running smoothly: maintain a clean and well‑organised store, ensuring everything is ready for customers and safe for colleagues.
  • Learn while working: set aside time each week to complete coursework, supported by your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach.
