Personal Assistant (Support Worker) – Sessional Driver
Enable is an award‑winning social care charity looking for a Personal Assistant to work in Barrhead, East Renfrewshire. The role is a sessional driver and support worker who will make a positive difference every day for the people we support. No prior care experience is required – we recruit people based on values and transferable skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
- Support people in achieving the goals and outcomes outlined in their personal support plans.
- Adapt your communication style to build successful and enjoyable relationships with the people you support.
- Work independently and as part of a team with a positive and flexible outlook.
