Inclusive Medical Education Advocate for Trainees

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Inclusive Education Tutor to provide guidance, advocacy and tailored support for International Medical Graduates, locally employed doctors and underrepresented trainees. The role aims to enhance inclusion, wellbeing and educational experience across the Trust.

Working with Medical Education leadership, the post will develop induction, mentoring and support programmes, coordinate forums, and monitor wellbeing and bullying.
