RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Carpenter to work for our client based in Somerset, Somerset.

Duration: Temporary

Start Date: 29‑06‑2026

Pay Rate: £18.00‑£22.50 per hour – paid weekly.

Pay rate depends on experience and/or tickets. Pay is processed directly; no umbrella companies or payroll admin fees.

Responsibilities

• Installation and fitting of fire‑rated doors
• Ensuring all work complies with fire safety regulations and standards
• General carpentry duties associated with commercial projects
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Proven experience fitting fire doors (essential)
• Relevant CSCS card
• Own tools and PPE
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of fire compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
