Hours 8.30am-16.30 Monday – Friday (But possibly 9am-5pm if required)
We’re working with a well-established supplier of specialist aggregates, providing high-quality materials to customers across construction, landscaping, and decorative markets. They are a growing business looking to add a Sales / Customer Service Administrator to their friendly and fast-paced team in Bakewell.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, order processing, and administrative support, and wants to be part of a supportive, close-knit team.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales function, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Handling inbound calls and customer enquiries
Processing orders and managing pricing information
Supporting online order fulfilment
Liaising with hauliers and couriers to coordinate deliveries
Maintaining accurate records and supporting general admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email
Comfortable using computers and internal systems
A positive, team-oriented attitude
