Water Hygiene Technician – PPM & Legionella Expert

CBRE, Inc. is seeking an on-site maintenance technician to support two campuses comprising more than 39 buildings. You will assist the technical team with planned and reactive maintenance, including water systems, TMVs, and cleaning duties.

Role involves following health and safety standards, working with subcontractors, and using a CAFM system on a tablet. Overtime and weekend flexibility are expected on a static site role.
