What You’ll Do
- Carry out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe and fit for purpose
- Support asset maintenance, building repairs, inspections, planned and preventative maintenance
- Liaise with stakeholders such as asset users, tenants, employer representatives and contractors
- Follow all Health & Safety policies, completing risk assessments and method statements
- Complete documentation using IT and paper‑based systems
- Deliver additional works when required under contract requirements
- Maintain skills and attend training to remain competent in relevant disciplines
- Willingness to participate in the on‑call rota 1 in 5 weeks and support with annual leave/ sickness cover
What We’re Looking For
- Preferred Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering Services (Plumbing) or equivalent experience
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge
- Ability to plan ahead and work to tight deadlines
- Good IT skills with ability to use a tablet
- Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
- Location:Thetford, Norfolk
- Travel:Across the regional Training Estate
