We are seeking a qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent) or an individual with significant senior‑level finance experience to join our Board.
This is an opportunity to apply your professional expertise in a strategic, non‑executive role—supporting governance, financial stewardship, and sustainable growth in an organisation delivering meaningful international impact.
What you’ll bring

- Financial leadership and oversight
- Experience in financial management, audit, risk, or assurance
- Ability to provide robust scrutiny of budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Confidence to interpret and challenge financial information at Board level
- Input into long‑term financial sustainability and funding strategy
- Support in ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
Previous trustee experience is welcome but not essential – we encourage applications from those seeking a first Board or non‑executive role.
