Campus Cafe Bar Manager – Profit & Innovation Lead

Lancaster University is seeking two Café Bar Managers to oversee the Deli and Fuel cafe on campus. You will lead a small team, ensure high standards of food safety, and drive profitability through effective financial oversight and trend analysis.

We are looking for individuals with proven experience in operating a food and beverage outlet, a passion for campus hospitality, and the ability to bring fresh ideas while managing day-to-day operations on a full-time, indefinite contract.
