Responsibilities
- Deliver planned learning activities as an HLTA.
- Lead whole‑class learning when required as an HLTA.
- Support pupils across a range of year groups.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff.
- Provide targeted intervention support as an HLTA.
- Help raise attainment and pupil progress throughout the Beaconsfield school.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment as an HLTA.
Requirements
- Hold an HLTA qualification or have relevant HLTA experience.
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
- Be committed to making a difference as an HLTA in Beaconsfield.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
