Executive Assistant
PR/028465
We are working on an Executive Assistant role supporting a senior Partner within a well‑regarded Venture Capital firm.
This is not a traditional EA seat, but a genuine strategic partnership offering autonomy, trust, and visibility across the Partner’s professional platform and wider interests. The role will suit someone who enjoys operating with discretion and judgement, anticipating needs, and acting as a true extension of their executive, with occasional light private support included as part of the remit.
You would be joining a collaborative, driven, and forward‑thinking culture, where EAs operate at a consistently high standard. The firm has a small but experienced EA group who work closely together, providing in‑depth, senior‑level support to their Partners while remaining highly collegiate.
The scope of the role includes:
- Full ownership of inbox management and high‑quality written communication
- Managing a fast‑moving, international diary across multiple time zones
- Preparing senior‑level briefings and background research
- Proactive problem‑solving and decision support
- Coordinating international travel, events, and investor‑related activity
- Managing expenses, offsites, and streamlined workflows
- Occasional ad‑hoc private support handled with discretion
Given the pace and breadth, you’ll be comfortable working digitally, particularly within the Google suite, and enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and foresight to a dynamic environment.
In return, the firm offers a strong overall package, including hybrid working, long‑term incentive potential, wellbeing support, and a high‑quality team environment with regular offsites and close collaboration across offices.
This role is well suited to an experienced EA (5+ years), ideally with Venture Capital exposure, who is looking to expand scope, autonomy, and influence within an environment that values trust, precision, and long‑term partnership.
