CRM & Email Marketing Specialist – E‑commerce

Theory in the UK/EU ecommerce team is seeking an email marketing and content specialist to build and run our campaigns across UK and EU markets. You will manage CRM-driven communications, optimise send times, and collaborate with NY-based Global CRM for local data insights.

You will work autonomously, contribute to content updates, site UX alignment, and support SEO initiatives while coordinating with merchandising and customer service teams. Strong analytical skills are essential.
