Swim Instructor
Located at Warwick FWC, this ad-hoc, part-time role is paid up to £19.10 per hour depending on experience plus benefits. As Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity, we are passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy.
You will provide safe, effective swimming lessons for our customers. Candidates should have an ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, strong people skills, and a passion for swimming. Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a fixed number of hours per week; you work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the business and your availability. You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
Responsibilities
- Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
- Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
- Deliver one‑to‑one lessons or group classes
- Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
- Have a talent for teaching that meets people’s individual needs
- Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer
