Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level
- Well organised and self‑motivated
- 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be a main point of contact for day‑to‑day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff. You will monitor and check the health and well‑being of clients and staff using face‑to‑face visits, telephone calls and care record monitoring. You will undertake assessments and re‑assessments of care needs and risk‑manage clients to ensure care plans remain person‑centred.
You will ensure arrangements to safeguard clients against abuse and ensure staff receive appropriate training and support to deliver care safely, staying confident to highlight any potential issues. You will conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members to review competency and promote personal development. The role includes some on‑call responsibility and may involve working weekends.
