Community Engagement Lead – Social Value & Stakeholders (Hybrid)

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator for Scotland, based in Aberdeenshire or Inverness. The role blends office, home, and project-site work with hybrid flexibility and on-site presence of at least two days a week.

You will manage stakeholders and communities, ensuring alignment with BAM policies while supporting social sustainability objectives and reporting. Travel across the region and UK&I may be required.
