Job Description:
Synthomer plc. is seeking a motivated Trainee Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team in Harlow. You will undertake an 8–10 month structured training programme across Alcotex and Specialities plants, gaining exposure to production processes, equipment and operational responsibilities.
On completion, there is progression to a Shift Operator role with full day/night shifts and a shift allowance. The role demands a safety‑minded attitude and a willingness to learn across multiple production
