Bar Assistant

We are recruiting for a Bartender to join our team at De Vere Cotswold Waterpark Hotel. Applicants must be over 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a memorable visit by providing friendly and professional service.
• Serve drinks efficiently to guests.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends, on a rota basis.
• Support full‑time and part‑time/​flexible hour requirements.

Qualifications

• Engaging, welcoming and confident interaction with bar guests.
• Attention to detail and an intuitive approach to maintain high service standards.
• Some knowledge of bar operations preferred.
