Robertson Sumner is seeking an experienced IT professional to join as a senior 2nd/3rd line escalation engineer within our growing MSP. You will support complex customer environments while mentoring junior engineers and driving service excellence across the support team.

You’ll troubleshoot across Microsoft technologies, networking, and cloud platforms, manage tickets to SLA targets, document knowledge, and liaise with vendors while building strong customer relationships.
