Job Description:
Almac Group in Craigavon is seeking an IS Support Technician to ensure proper computer operation so end users can accomplish business tasks. You will record incidents, triage and escalate, and resolve requests mainly by remote access. Strong customer service and technical troubleshooting are essential. Hours are 09:00–17:00 for six months, then rotating shifts.
