Your Impact
As an Outreach Teacher, you will provide personalised 1:1 support to young people who are currently unable to access mainstream education.
You’ll help learners rebuild confidence, re‑engage with learning, and achieve goals they never thought possible.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging 1:1 learning sessions
- Adapt lessons to meet individual needs
- Support learners with SEND, SEMH, anxiety, and school avoidance
- Encourage confidence, resilience, and positive outcomes
- Teach in homes, libraries, and community venues
