Technology Services Engineer II

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced technical support and guidance across cloud and managed service platforms.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues and identify root causes with a structured, analytical approach.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, recommending solutions, and enhancing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, improve service delivery, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Support adoption of new technologies, including AI‑driven capabilities, to improve outcomes for partners.

Qualifications

  • Solid working proficiency with Azure AD, Intune, SSO, endpoint management, and identity lifecycle operations with minimal supervision.
  • Competent with ServiceNow and Atlassian for workflow management, change requests, and documenting technical work.
  • Independently supports application onboarding and updates, validating requirements and performing testing.
  • Handles routine and moderately complex maintenance tasks with high accuracy.
  • Working skill in automation/scripting to streamline repetitive tasks (Python, Power Automate, Terraform).
  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (Azure/AWS IAM, networking basics, storage, compute).
  • Demonstrates practical application of Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities; begins identifying root causes.
  • Reliable collaborator who contributes to team deliverables and small projects.
  • Communicates clearly with peers, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Applies security best practices in daily work.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle shifting priorities and moderate ambiguity.
  • Highly organized detail‑oriented with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to grasp complex ideas and change direction quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels in English and other relevant languages depending on the market.
  • Resident in the United Kingdom with a valid right to work.

Desirable Education & Certifications

  • B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation.
  • MS‑900 – Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.
  • AZ‑900 – Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF‑C02).

Location – Our Bristol Office

The Bristol office is a vibrant, collaborative space designed to bring people together. For this role, you will be based on a hybrid model, spending at least three days per week on site to maximise collaboration and engagement.
