About Our Client

About the Role
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the large grounds of two commercial sites, one in Livingston and the other in Dunfermline. Your tasks will include pedestrian mowing, hedge cutting, strimming, leaf collections, litter picking, tidying flower beds, gritting in the winter, and other duties required to keep the sites immaculate.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pedestrian mowing, hedge cutting, and strimming.
- Collect leaves and litter to maintain clean grounds.
- Tidy and maintain flower beds.
- Carry out gritting during winter months.
- Ensure both sites are consistently well‑maintained and presentable.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Desirable
- PA1 and PA6 spraying licences.
- Experience with commercial grounds maintenance.
- Familiarity with various grounds maintenance equipment.
