Chief AI & HR Transformation Architect

BARCLAYS is seeking a Senior HR AI and Automation leader to set and drive the enterprise AI strategy for HR. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, CDO, Digital Channels and HR Tech to define architecture, governance and scalable AI solutions.

The role focuses on translating AI direction into an actionable HR roadmap, partnering with vendors, and delivering measurable outcomes across deployments while building AI literacy and governance across HR teams.
