Senior Domestic Team Leader – School Operations

Oundle School is seeking a Domestic Team Leader to join the School Services Team, supporting the Matron and Housemaster/Housemistress in a boarding environment. You will lead a small team, oversee cleaning and laundry tasks, and ensure high standards across the site.

This is a practical, hands‑on role based year‑round with term time and holiday hours. You’ll coach staff, promote health and safety, and work with senior colleagues to maintain a welcoming, safe environment for pupils and staff.
