Keltbray is seeking an experienced Head of Planning to lead the Planning and Project Controls function across our Built Environment business in the UK. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will provide strategic leadership for major infrastructure and complex construction programmes, driving governance, controls excellence and continuous improvement.
