Export Operations & Customer Service Coordinator

DFDS UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support export operations and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you will coordinate bookings, manage vessel allocations, and ensure high standards of service throughout the supply chain.

You’ll liaise with customers, carriers, overseas offices and internal teams, prepare quotations and handle invoicing, and help validate customs data.
