We are looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Live‑in Care Assistants, known within our team as Angels, to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to clients in their own homes.
Your Role May Include
- Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Supporting with medication prompts or administration, where trained
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Light household duties
- Companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with dementia, stroke recovery, MND or other long‑term conditions
- Encouraging independence, choice and dignity
- Reporting any concerns to the office team promptly
- Following the client’s care plan and company policies
What we are looking for
- Kind, patient and genuinely caring
- Reliable and professional
- Respectful of clients’ homes, routines and choices
- Confident working independently
- Able to communicate clearly with clients, families and the office team
- Experienced in care, ideally including live‑in care
- Willing to follow care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Flexible and committed to providing outstanding care
Previous experience in care is preferred. Experience supporting clients with dementia, stroke, mobility needs or complex conditions would be an advantage.

Requirements
