Responsibilities as a Registered Branch Manager Lead the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality, person-centred care delivery. Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, audits, and regulatory requirements to maintain safe and effective service provision. Manage and develop care staff, including recruitment, supervision, training, performance management, and rota planning. Requirements as a Registered Branch Manager: Experience in a Registered Manager role within domiciliary or adult social care Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance Proven Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – desirable Experience in dementia, learning disabilities, or mental health services n An experienced Registered Manager is sought to join a supportive and established care environment.
