We are looking for a new member of our teaching team to cover for staff PPA, CPD and absence, ensuring the progress and outcome of all pupils are maximised.
Overview
As a Cover Supervisor you will contribute to the development of a strong, effective school that promotes a culture of educational excellence within a caring and secure environment. This includes upholding values of discipline, mutual care and respect that extend beyond the school into the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
• Cover lessons for teaching staff in their absence.• Engage in activities as described in the job description when not covering lessons.• Ensure the key elements of progress and achievement, quality of teaching, behaviour and safety and leadership are maintained at a very high standard within the classes being covered.
Working as part of a team to ensure a purposeful, positive, and disciplined culture and ethos, which ensures a safe and stable population with strong progress and attainment outcomes for pupils, thereby ensuring a high‑quality education for all pupils.
