Youth Support Worker – Term-Time Education & Growth

Teaching Personnel is looking for a passionate Youth Support Worker in Cardiff starting September 2026. The role involves providing personal and academic support to young people facing challenges such as SEMH. Candidates will help build trusting relationships and assist teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.

This term-time only role offers approximately 12 weeks of holiday per year and provides ongoing training and support, allowing you to make a real difference in young people’s lives.
