Role Overview
Your responsibilities include imparting essential swimming skills to students of all ages, conducting engaging lessons, prioritising safety during classes, and following our award‑winning teaching programme. You will utilise a unique rewards system and cutting‑edge technology to guide students through each skill level. Flexible working hours will cover weekdays, afternoons, and weekends.
Qualifications
- Hold a Swim England Level1 & 2, STA Swimming Instructor qualification, or an equivalent international qualification.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with prior customer‑facing or service experience.
- Possess a current lifesaving qualification (preferred; training provided if necessary).
- Showcase excellent swimming ability and up‑to‑date knowledge of the sport.
