About the Role
Evermore Care is seeking compassionate Bank Care Assistants to join the team at Ashton Manor, our state‑of‑the‑art care home in Lancaster. You will play a crucial role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to elderly residents in a modern and innovative environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in residents’ lives, with hours to work around you, while working as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care, including washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
- Build strong rapport with residents, staff, and families while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate seamlessly within the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
Experience Required
- Previous experience working in dementia or residential care settings.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and the wider team.
- Strong understanding of patient confidentiality.
