Learning Support Assistant: Inspire SEND Learners

Tina Lacey Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a busy study programme centre in Crewe. The role is pro rata £24k for a 4-day week, with opportunities to develop skills in SEND support and classroom assistance.

You will work under the tutor and safeguarding team to provide one-to-one or small-group learning support, help learners reach their individual targets, and assist with behaviour management, ILP reviews and resources.
