Therapeutic Children’s Residential Care Worker

Esland in Sittingbourne is seeking a dedicated residential care worker to support children and young people with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.

You will provide high-quality care on a 365-day rota, with long shifts from 8am to 11pm and occasional sleep nights, helping young people access activities and achieve their goals.
