Trauma-Informed Learning Support Assistant

Forest School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide targeted, high-quality support to two pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), enabling them to access the curriculum and develop literacy and numeracy skills.

The role requires a proactive, nurturing, and trauma-informed approach, with a strong understanding of SEMH needs and inclusive practice to help pupils thrive socially and emotionally in the classroom.
