Retail Supervisor — Lead Guest Experience & Sales

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee teams across Shrek’s Adventure! London and the London Dungeon. You will coach and develop Retail Hosts, drive sales and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage cash handling, health and safety, and ensure stores are well presented and stocked. This permanent role requires minimum 35 hours weekly with weekend and holiday availability.
