Role
As a TA, you’ll help deliver highly personalised support to pupils with varying needs. Every interaction matters — from supporting communication to celebrating small but meaningful milestones.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting personalised learning programmes
- Providing sensory and emotional regulation support
- Working 1:1 and in small groups
- Assisting with communication and engagement strategies
- Helping create a safe and structured environment
What we’re looking for
- Recognised Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience in SEND settings
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- Confidence working with complex needs
- A collaborative team mindset

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
