Senior Residential Childcare Team Leader

Peters Dean Care is seeking an experienced Residential Children’s Team Leader/Senior Support Worker to provide caring support in a new specialist home for one young person. The role requires strong commitment and interpersonal skills to build trust with vulnerable children aged 8 to 17 years.

Throughout the role, you will lead a team in safeguarding young people’s welfare, ensure effective communication with families and professionals, and manage challenging behaviours. Candidates must hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare and possess the ability to work under pressure.
