Qualifications

What are we looking for? It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef
• Maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind
• Take personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues
• Be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge to improve your personal performance
• Be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements and can work under pressure
• Maintain a high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of department goals
