Youth Mental Health Case Worker — Hybrid Role, Travel

Catch22 is seeking a Case Worker – Mental Health to provide tailored one-to-one support to young people within a multi-agency team. You will assess risks, plan care, and work to keep young people safe while improving outcomes.

The role requires access to a car and a full driving licence, with hybrid working arrangements and regional travel. This is a permanent, full-time position (37 hours/week) with a salary of £28,000–£30,000 per year.
